This is our smallest room, with the bed on the upper level and the desk below, making it more suitable for shorter stays.
The room is located on the 6th floor; unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building.
Monthly Utility Fees:

- Water and electricity - as per counter readings (20-60€, depends on usage)

- Quiet hours are enforced from 22:00 untill 7:00.
- Tenants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of their apartments.
- The landlord is responsible for repairs to the property’s inventory, except when the damage results from tenant negligence or misuse.
- Rent fees are determined using the Rentooler app. Tenants must input the correct electricity and water meter readings to ensure accurate billing.
- Rent payments must be made via bank transfer or in cash by the 5th day of each month.
