This is our primary room type, offering ample space for an individual and providing comfort for both short and long-term stays.
The rooms are located on the 4th to 6th floors; unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building.
Monthly Utility Fees:

- Water and electricity - as per counter readings (20-60€, depends on usage)

Landlord Policies

- Quiet hours are enforced from 22:00 untill 7:00.

- The landlord is responsible for repairs to the property’s inventory, except when the damage results from tenant negligence or misuse.
- Rent fees are determined using the Rentooler app. Tenants must input the correct electricity and water meter readings to ensure accurate billing.
- Rent payments must be made via bank transfer or in cash by the 5th day of each month.
